Common use of Ablution facilities Clause in Contracts

Ablution facilities. The responsible parties shall provide temporary water-born or chemical toilets situated on the site for the use of his/her/their partners for the duration of the work period. The toilet must be situated as discreetly as possible, kept level and the door should be fastened at all times. It will be the responsible party’s duty to insure that the above-mentioned facilities are cleaned regularly and that all health and safety regulations in this regard are met and/or adhered to. Breach of clause 5.8: Penalty: 5.8.1 The contractor and/or signatory (the responsible party) will be denied access to the Estate until suchtime as this regulation is complied with. 5.8.2 In addition the contractor and/or signatory (the responsible party) will be fined R500 (five hundred rand) per violation.
