APPROVED BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION PLANS Sample Clauses

The 'Approved Building/Construction Plans' clause establishes that any construction or building work must adhere strictly to plans that have received formal approval from the relevant authorities or parties. In practice, this means that all designs, specifications, and drawings used during the project must be reviewed and authorized before work commences, and any changes typically require further approval.
