Common use of Abatement of Rentals Clause in Contracts

Abatement of Rentals. If the Premises are to be rebuilt or restored pursuant to this Article 15, the then current Rentals shall be proportionately reduced during the period of repair or restoration, based upon the extent to which the making of repairs interferes with Tenant's business conducted in the Premises, as reasonably determined by Landlord.

Abatement of Rentals. If the Premises are to be rebuilt or restored pursuant to this Article Paragraph 15, the then current Rentals shall be proportionately reduced during the period of repair or restoration, based upon the extent to which the making of repairs interferes with Tenant's business conducted in damage or destruction renders the Premises, Premises untenantable (as reasonably determined by Landlord) and Tenant is unable to occupy the Premises as a result of the same.

If the Premises are to be rebuilt or restored pursuant to this Article Paragraph 15, the then current Rentals shall be proportionately reduced during from the period date of repair such damage or restorationdestruction to the Premises, or applicable part thereof, until such damage is fully restored, based upon the extent to which the making damage or destruction renders the Premises unsuitable for the operation of repairs interferes with Tenant's ’s business conducted in the Premises, (as reasonably determined by Landlord) and Tenant and Tenant Related Parties are not using such unsuitable area.
