Common use of A Long Term Occasional Clause in Contracts

A Long Term Occasional. Teacher whose assignment extends over a period which includes a Professional Activity Day shall be paid for such day provided that the Occasional Teacher participated in the scheduled professional activities.

A Long Term Occasional. Teacher whose assignment extends over a period which includes a Professional Activity Day who is scheduled to work shall be paid for such a professional activity day provided that the Long Term Occasional Teacher participated participates in the scheduled professional activities. A Professional Activity Day shall not interrupt the Long Term Occasional Teacher’s assignments.

A Long Term Occasional. Teacher who is employed in the same assignment for more than ten (10) consecutive instructional days and whose assignment extends over a period which includes a Professional Activity Day shall be paid for such day provided that the Occasional Teacher participated in the scheduled professional activities.
