95-Gallon Toter Option. The Franchisee shall make available to Customers participating in the curbside collection service, as an optional service, once-per-week solid waste and yard waste collection from 95-gallon toters. The Franchisee shall provide the toters and any other related equipment necessary for collection to Customers. The cost of the toter service, on a monthly basis during the collection season, shall not exceed the cost of three Landscape Waste stickers per toter per week, respectively, plus a monthly rental fee as stated on Attachment A,

  • Our Option If we give you written notice within 30 days after we receive your signed, sworn proof of loss, we may repair or replace any part of the damaged property with material or property of like kind and quality.

  • GREEN OPTION Competitive Supplier hereby agrees that it will incorporate the Green Option program as described in Exhibit A into Supplier’s provision of All Requirements Power Supply under this Agreement and offer such program to interested Eligible Consumers.

  • OPTION CONSIDERATION As consideration for this Option to Purchase Agreement, the Buyer/ Tenant shall pay the Seller/Landlord a non-refundable fee of Dollars ($ ), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Seller/Landlord. NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify such Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities in Appendix A hereto. Except for Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities, Developer shall have no right to construct System Upgrade Facilities under this option.

  • Option Two In the event that the complainant is not be satisfied with the outcome, he/she may submit a formal complaint in writing.
