8Memorandum of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Lease or a short form memorandum hereof without Xxxxxxxx’s prior written consent which Landlord may withhold in its sole discretion.

8Memorandum of Lease. The Parties agree, concurrently with the execution of this Ground Lease, to execute a memorandum of this Ground Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D recording in the chain of title of the Land, setting forth the parties hereto, the date of this Ground Lease and the term of this Ground Lease, and said memorandum shall be promptly recorded by Xxxxxx. Either Landlord or Tenant may record a memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Ground Lease, provided the memorandum shall not include the financial terms of this Ground Lease (as so amended or modified). Each Party shall, upon the request of the other, join in the execution of a memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Ground Lease in proper form for recordation together with any transfer tax returns or forms necessary for such recordation. The Party requesting such memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Ground Lease shall be responsible for the payment of any recording fees.

  • Memorandum of Lease Lessor and Lessee shall promptly upon the request of either enter into a short form memorandum of this Lease, in form suitable for recording under the laws of the State in which reference to this Lease, and all options contained herein, shall be made.   • Notice of Lease Owner shall give to Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC business, a copy of any notice regarding a lease of the Aircraft required to be given to the Mortgagee pursuant to clause (w) of the first sentence of the penultimate paragraph of Section 4.02(b) of the Trust Indenture, at the time such notice is given to Mortgagee, if at such time Standard & Poor's is then rating the Pass Through Certificates.

  • Construction of Lease This Lease has been prepared by Landlord and its professional advisors and reviewed by Tenant and its professional advisors. Landlord, Tenant, and their advisors believe that this Lease is the product of all their efforts, that it expresses their agreement, and agree that it shall not be interpreted in favor of either Landlord or Tenant or against either Landlord or Tenant merely because of their efforts in preparing it.

  • Term of Lease This Lease shall commence 1st day of May, 2022 to 30th day of April, 2023, unless renewed or extended pursuant to the terms herein.
