1Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements (including without limitation the Prior Agreement) and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to that subject matter.
1Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the only agreement between the parties about its subject and this Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous statements (whether in writing or not) about its subject. Provider expressly rejects any terms included in Customer’s purchase order or similar document, which may only be used for accounting or administrative purposes.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AhnLab with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersedes all agreements, understandings, representations, advertisements and notices, whether oral or in writing, made before the execution of this Agreement with respect to the subject matters of this Agreement.
1Entire Agreement. This Agreement, (including all exhibits hereto, which exhibits are incorporated herein by this reference) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. This Agreement shall not be modified except by written agreement dated subsequent to the date of this Agreement and signed by both Parties.

This Agreement, including the PHO Services Agreement and any Referenced Documents that apply to and form part of this Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us, and replaces all prior agreements and understandings between us in relation to the provision of the Services.

This Agreement, the Note, the Indenture, the Regulatory Agreement, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, the Administration Agreement and the Deed of Trust, constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the Authority and the Borrower with respect to the subject matter hereof.
1Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and, except in the case of fraud, supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between them with respect to such subject matter. Governing Law This Agreement, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Survival of rights, duties and obligations Termination or expiry of this Agreement for any cause shall not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities of either Party which may have accrued prior to such termination or expiry, including any in respect of antecedent breaches, and the obligations of either Party which are expressed to survive termination or to take effect on termination shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding termination of this Agreement.
