2015 INTERIM YEAR COLLECTION RATE ADJUSTMENT. Contractor shall submit an Interim Year Rate Application no later than September 1, 2014 in order to receive compensation for any allowable Collection Rate adjustment effective January 1, 2015. Allowable rate adjustment shall be based on the annual percent change in CPI (August 2013 – August 2014) minus 1.16% which is the remainder of the reduction amount identified in the 2012 Base Year Rate review. Any allowable rate adjustment for 2015 is not intended to be passed through to customers. Adequate funding will be derived in 2014 from the Rate Stabilization Adjustment to provide the Contractor with an equivalent level of compensation. Contractor shall submit to the County a written rate stabilization funding request identifying the proposed dollar value of the allowable rate adjustment for 2015 no later than September 21, 2014, which is subject to the approval of the Director of Conservation and Development.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Allocation of Subordinate Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Senior Reduction Amount and the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Subordinate Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount The Administrator will make and deduct the following payments from the Gross Settlement Amount, in the amounts specified by the Court in the Final Approval:

  • Wage Adjustment Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement on the contrary, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

  • Funding Adjustments Funding Adjustments may be made for the following reasons and in the following manner:

  • Billing Adjustment Credit To provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts in the Amendment as of the Effective Date and until such rates and discounts are implemented, the Company shall provide Customer with a one-time billing adjustment credit equal to $99,000.00, plus applicable taxes and surcharges. This credit shall compensate Customer for the difference between the Tariff/Guide/list rates invoiced during the 1st full billing cycle following Customer's signature date above and the rates and discounts in this Agreement. Waivers:

  • Rate Adjustment (a) An employee who is set back to a lower paid job because of mechanization, technological change or automation will receive the rate of his regular job at the time of the setback for a period of three (3) months and for a further period of three (3) months he will be paid an adjusted rate which will be midway between the rate of his regular job at the time of the setback and the rate of his new regular job. At the end of this 6-month period the rate of his new regular job will apply. However, such employee will have the option of terminating his employment and accepting severance pay as outlined in Section 5 below, providing he exercises this option within the above-referred-to 6-month period.

  • Funding of Gross Settlement Amount Defendant shall fully fund the Gross Settlement Amount, and also fund the amounts necessary to fully pay Defendant’s share of payroll taxes by transmitting the funds to the Administrator no later than 14 days after the Effective Date.
