1991 Project Demand Payment - 15 and 20 Year Amortization Members. In addition to the charges shown in Section 4(a) above, those 5 original Participating Members who executed Power Sales Contracts in 1990 and who elected to pay rates based on an accelerated amortization period for debt service on the Agency’s Series 1991 Revenue Bonds, which were refinanced by the Agency’s Series 1998 and 2007C Revenue Refunding Bonds, (other than thirty years) shall pay monthly debt service payments based on the schedule provided by the Agency as amended subsequent to the Series 1998 Revenue Refunding Bond refinancing.

  • Refinancing Preparation Advance; Capitalizing Front-end Fee and Interest (a) If the Loan Agreement provides for the repayment out of the proceeds of the Loan of an advance made by the Bank or the Association (“Preparation Advance”), the Bank shall, on behalf of such Loan Party, withdraw from the Loan Account on or after the Effective Date the amount required to repay the withdrawn and outstanding balance of the advance as at the date of such withdrawal from the Loan Account and to pay all accrued and unpaid charges, if any, on the advance as at such date. The Bank shall pay the amount so withdrawn to itself or the Association, as the case may be, and shall cancel the remaining unwithdrawn amount of the advance.”

  • Average Log Length and Payment Reduction If the average log length for all logs delivered under this contract is less than the average log length specified in the table in clause G-024.2, The amount of allowable payment reduction shall be calculated by multiplying the payment rate in P-028.2 by the total volume delivered, and the difference between the average length of logs delivered and the average log length specified in G-024.2, times 1% as follows: Log Length Payment Reduction = (B x V x L) x (.01) 1/10th) Where: B = Bid rate from P-028.2 clause V = total delivered log Volume L = Length in feet below specified average (rounded to nearest Average log length payment reductions calculated by the Purchaser must be approved by the State, prior to payment for the final billing period. Third-party scaling organization information is required to determine Xxxxxxxx mbf and Average log length for payment reduction purposes. Average log length is determined on a piece count basis. Value of log length price reduction will be derived from the applicable sort value as described in this contract. Scale information for determining Average log length for payment reduction eligibility must be obtained from roll-out scale. Truck-ramp, sample scaling, and/or bundle scaling information is not acceptable for determining eligibility. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for below average log lengths shall be the payment reduction described in this clause, notwithstanding other provisions in the Uniform Commercial Code.

  • Refund after Scaling Completed Any cash deposit, in excess of that required to meet charges under B4.2, shall be refunded or transferred within 15 days of Purchaser’s request after Scaling is completed, except for amounts estimated to be required under B9.5. B4.3 Payment Guaranteed by Xxxx or Deposited Securities. To guarantee payment, Purchaser may fur- nish and maintain an acceptable surety bond or deposit in a Federal Depository negotiable securities of the United States. The securities shall be deposited through the Re- gional Fiscal Agent accompanied by a power of attorney and agreement authorizing the bond-approving officer to sell or collect such securities if payment is not made within 15 days of billing by Forest Service. The penal sum of such surety bond or the market value at time of deposit of such negotiable securities shall be the maximum amount of the payment guaranteed. For payment purposes, penal sum of the surety bond or market value at time of deposit of negotiable securities shall be in lieu of the performance bond furnished under B9.1.

  • ANNUAL INCREMENT (1) Staff shall be entitled to an annual increment which shall be negotiated with the Union annually.

  • Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.

  • Pricing Increase Requests Subsequent to the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term and in accordance with the schedule for price adjustments established by OGS, Contractor may request an increase in the pricing contained in the Centralized Contract by submitting an update request based on change in pricing level as contained in Appendix C, Contract Modification Procedure to the OGS Contract Administrator. With any price increase request, in addition to the requirements contained in Appendix C, the Contractor must certify in writing that the price change for the Services is the same as its pricing in its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State.
