000 Contract Structure and Term. 2.001 Contract Term The Contract is for a period of two years, seven months beginning May 16, 2012 through January 17, 2015. All outstanding Purchase Orders must also expire upon the termination (cancellation for any of the reasons listed in Section 2.150) of the Contract, unless otherwise extended under the Contract. Absent an early termination for any reason, Purchase Orders issued but not expired, by the end of the Contract’s stated term, will remain in effect for the balance of the fiscal year for which they were issued.
