No Brokers or Finders. Other than as contemplated by this Agreement, the Company has not incurred and will not incur any liability for any finder’s or broker’s fee or agent’s commission in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
No Brokers or Finders. No agent, broker, finder, investment or commercial banker or other Person or firm engaged by or acting on behalf of Buyer or any of its Affiliates or any agent of Buyer or any of its Affiliates in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement is or will be entitled to any broker’s or finder’s or similar fee or other commission as a result of this Agreement or such transactions.

No person has or will have, as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, any right, interest or valid claim against or upon the Company for any commission, fee or other compensation as a finder or broker arising out of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No agent, broker, finder, or investment or commercial banker or other Person or firm engaged by or acting on behalf of the Purchaser in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein is or will be entitled to any brokerage or finder's or similar fee or other commission as a result of the sale of the Shares to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.
No Brokers or Finders. No person, firm or corporation has or will have, as a result of any act or omission by the Purchaser, any right, interest or valid claim against the Seller for any commission, fee or other compensation as a finder or broker, or in any similar capacity, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The Purchaser will indemnify and hold the Seller harmless against any and all liability with respect to any commission, fee or other compensation which may be payable or determined to be payable as a result of the actions of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
No Brokers or Finders. No person, firm or corporation has or will have, as a result of any contractual undertaking by the Investor, any right, interest or valid claim against the Investor or the Company for any commission, fee or other compensation as a finder or broker, or in any similar capacity, in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents. Each responsible Investor will indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any and all liability with respect to any such commission, fee or other compensation which may be payable or determined to be payable.
No Brokers or Finders. No person has or will have, as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, any right, interest or claim against or upon the Company for any commission, fee or other compensation as a finder or broker because of any act or omission by the Company or its stockholders or its affiliates.
