Survival from Technology License Agreement

This Technology License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 25, 2004 ("Effective Date") by and between Anoto AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden ("Anoto"), Anoto Group AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden ("Anoto Group"), LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware ("LF Enterprises") and Leapfrog International Research Company Ltd., a wholly-owned Group Company of LF Enterprises incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands ("LFIRC"), and together with LF Enterprises, referred to as ("LeapFrog"). Each of Anoto, Anoto Group, LF Enterprises and LFIRC are referred to as a "Party", and collectively as the "Parties".

Survival. Notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, all purchasers of LeapFrog Products, LeapFrog Content, Joint Platform or Anoto Content prior to the date of termination or expiration will retain all rights acquired by such purchases: Further any provisions that by nature should survive expiration or termination will so survive, including but not limited to Sections 1, 2.3(e), 2.8, 3.2 (f) and (g), 3.8, 6.2 (but only with respect to Improvements made prior to expiration or other termination of this Agreement), 6.3(c), 6.4, 6.5, 7, 8, 10, 11.2, 13.5 to 13.9, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 will survive to effect the purposes thereof.

Survival from Agency Agreement

In giving the opinions contemplated above, legal counsel to the Corporation shall be entitled to rely, where appropriate, upon opinions of local counsel and, as to matters of fact, to rely upon the representations and warranties of Purchasers contained in the executed Subscription Agreements, a certificate of fact of the Corporation signed by those officers in a position to have knowledge of such facts and their accuracy, and certificates of such public officials and other persons as are necessary or desirable, and may qualify its opinion described in (iii) above with respect to (1) bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization and other laws affecting the enforcement of creditors' rights generally and (2) limitations on the availability of equitable remedies such as specific performance, and its opinion may include other reasonable and standard opinion qualifications;

Survival. All representations, covenants, undertakings and indemnities herein will survive for a period of two years following each and every Closing Date, notwithstanding the completion of the transactions contemplated hereby and shall apply regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of any indemnified party.

Survival

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") dated as of 16 April 2008, between DOUBLE HULL TANKERS, INC., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands ("Employer"), and OLE JACOB DIESEN, an individual ("Executive").

Survival. Subject to Section 1.01, the rights and obligations of Employer and Executive under the provisions of this Agreement, including Articles IV and V of this Agreement, shall survive and remain binding and enforceable, notwithstanding any termination of Executive's employment with Employer for any reason, to the extent necessary to preserve the intended benefits of such provisions.

SURVIVAL from Services Agreement

This Carrier Services Agreement (the "Agreement') is made as of the 16th day of February 2004 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Primus Telecommunications Limited, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of England and Wales, with the registration 2937312 and having a business address at NIOC House, 4 Victoria Street, London SWIH 0GT, United Kingdom ("Primus") and Vistula Limited, a company organized and existing under the laws of the United Kingdom, having a business address at 40 Portman Square, London, W1H 6LT, UK ("Partner"). Partner and Primus may be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties".

SURVIVAL. All terms and provisions that, by their nature, should survive the termination of this Agreement shall so survive including but not limited to Sections 3 (Charges and Payments), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification) and 9 (Confidentiality).
