Fort Jackson Equitable Adjustment definition

Fort Jackson Equitable Adjustment means the execution, during calendar year 2011, of an agreement with the U.S. government that provides for a permanent increase in operations and maintenance funding of at least 20% due to the condition of the water and wastewater systems conveyed in the original contract.
Fort Jackson Equitable Adjustment means the execution, during calendar year 2010, of an agreement with the U.S. government that provides funding of at least $650,000 for the Longstreet sewer system overflow at Fort Jackson that occurred in 2008.

Related to Fort Jackson Equitable Adjustment

  • True-Up Adjustment means any Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment, as the case may be.

  • CPI Adjustment means the quotient of (i) the CPI for the month of January in the calendar year for which the CPI Adjustment is being determined, divided by (ii) the CPI for January of 2007.

  • SOFR Adjustment means 0.10% (10 basis points).

  • Open Market Adjustment Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(I).

  • Value Adjustment Event means, with respect to any Loan Asset, the occurrence of any one or more of the following events after the related Cut-Off Date:

  • Equity Adjustment means the dollar amount resulting by subtracting the Book Value, as of Bank Closing, of all Liabilities Assumed under this Agreement by the Assuming Bank from the purchase price, as determined in accordance with this Agreement, as of Bank Closing, of all Assets acquired under this Agreement by the Assuming Bank, which may be a positive or a negative number.
