Validity. This Agreement may be entered into in any number of counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Unless otherwise expressly stated, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the clauses in these Terms And Conditions and the clauses in the various parts of Agreement and the other Exhibits, to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency, the clauses in the Terms And Conditions shall prevail over the clauses in Agreement and the other Exhibits.
