Deadlines. 6.1 The deadlines and quantities established in the Purchase Order and/or Contract must be strictly observed by the Lessor. 6.2 For delays in the mobilization/availability period of the asset, the Lessor will be subject to the fines and penalties imposed in the Contract/Purchase Order. Furthermore, if Fasttel is penalized by the Client due to said delay, the penalty will be passed on to the Lessor without any limiter. 6.3 An asset made available in disagreement with the provisions of the Purchase Order and/or Contract will be considered, for the purpose of applying a fine, as not delivered. 6.4 Regardless of the contractual mobilization deadlines, the effectiveness of the Purchase Order or Contract will be extended until all rights and obligations assumed therein cease. 6.5 Without prejudice to the right to terminate the Contract due to the Lessor's failure to comply with the obligations under clause 6.2, Fasttel may impose compensatory fines as stipulated in the Purchase Order and/or Contract to the Lessor.
