TERMINATION. During the stay, if this is justified (NSF check, deterioration of rented property, neighborhood complaints, non- compliance with the internal regulations) the immediate termination entails the departure of the customer and the entire amount of the stay remains with the manager. OUR PRICES INCLUDE :The tourist tax, water and electricity. OUR PRICE DO NOT INCLUDE : the booking fees, additional vehicle, additional people, washing machine, dryer, gas… RESPONSIBILITY : It is up to the holiday-maker to make sure. The campsite declines any responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and in case of incident falling under the responsibility of the holiday-maker.

  • Force Majeure désigne tout événement imprévisible et indépendant de sa volonté, sur lequel une Partie agissant en Opérateur Prudent et Diligent n'a aucun contrôle, causant ou entraînant une impossibilité pour ladite Partie de respecter une obligation en vertu du présent Contrat, à l'exception des paiements dans le cadre du présent Contrat. Pour autant qu'ils respectent les exigences stipulées au paragraphe précédent, les événements relevant d’un cas de Force Majeure peuvent être, sans y être limités : les forces de la nature, les grèves, les actes du gouvernement ou de toute autorité gouvernementale ou d’un représentant de celle-ci (ayant ou non valeur légale), la non-obtention ou le non-renouvellement en temps opportun de toute autorisation non attribuable à un retard ou une faute de la Partie concernée, le refus par les autorités de maintenir une autorisation quelconque non attribuable à un retard ou une faute de la Partie concernée, les guerres, les insurrections, les émeutes, les glissements de terrain, les incendies, les inondations, les tremblements de terre, les explosions, les défaillances mécaniques ou les accidents affectant toute installation de transport ou autre usine ou tout équipement nécessaire à la mise en œuvre du présent Contrat. Tout conflit du travail est réglé à la seule discrétion de la Partie impliquée dans un tel conflit.

  • Accident Toute atteinte corporelle, non intentionnelle et provenant de l'action soudaine d'une cause extérieure, constatée par une autorité médicalement compétente.

  • Services location saisonnière d’hébergement ou d’emplacement nu « tourisme ».

  • Service Service e-Cartes disponible uniquement depuis l’Application mobile de la Banque, faisant l’objet des présentes CGU.

  • Client s’entend de l’Acheteur ou du Client ou de la personne physique ou morale, ci-après dénommée le « Client », qui passe les commandes au Fournisseur.
