Presentación de Informes. Procedimiento de comunicación de posibles casos de COVID19 a los proveedores de servicios de telemedicina, a los proveedores de servicios en tierra y a las autoridades portuarias y reguladoras: Proveedores de asistencia médica remota: Todos los casos de sospecha de COVID19 (basados en los criterios del procedimiento de identificación), deben comunicarse al servicio de asesoramiento médico del buque. Se debe usar una plantilla estándar para documentar la información sobre el procedimiento de EVALUACIÓN. Antes de llegar a un puerto, el personal médico del buque y los proveedores de telemedicina deben discutir el desembarco de los pacientes de los que se sospeche que tienen COVID19 con la autoridad que tenga jurisdicción en el puerto. Proveedores de servicios médicos en tierra: Es útil notificarles con anticipación de un posible paciente con COVID-19.   • Reasonable Suspicion Testing The Employer may, but does not have a legal duty to, request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the Employer or any supervisor of the employee has a reasonable suspicion (a belief based on specific facts and rational inferences drawn from those facts) related to the performance of the job that the employee:

The notice shall state that an official investigation is being conducted and shall state the subject matter of the investigatory interview.
