Guarantee. The Vendor guarantees that the goods and / or services hired by this order, will be supplied in accordance with the specifications or samples provided by Novartis, ensuring that they have been performed with the appropriate materials and guaranteeing the quality of the work and / or services. It also guarantees that the goods delivered or supplied are in perfect condition, being responsible for the sanitation of law when appropriate. Likewise, the Vendor guarantees that any item supplied under this order will meet the necessary qualities to properly fulfill the purpose for which it is intended. Derived from the foregoing, the Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Novartis harmless from any claims and / or third party claims resulting from breaches of the foregoing warranty.
