QTP definition

QTP is the Quality Throughput Pass rate (expressed as a percentage). “R” it the total number of orders (measured by Purchase Order Number) rejected due to not meeting acceptance requirements of Section 4.3. “TD” is the total number of orders (measured by Purchase Order Numbers) scheduled for the calendar month.
