Xxxxxxx Entities definition

Xxxxxxx Entities refer to each Xxxxxxx Entity, collectively.

Xxxxxxx Entities means, collectively, Xxxxxxx and all Xxxxxxx Subsidiaries.

Xxxxxxx Entities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii) of this Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Entities means Xxxxxxx and its Subsidiaries, and “Xxxxxxx Entity” shall mean any of the Xxxxxxx Entities.
