Xxxxxx Mortgage Loan definition

Xxxxxx Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan transferred by the Xxxxxx Mortgage Loan Seller to the Depositor, pursuant to the Xxxxxx/Depositor Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement.
Xxxxxx Mortgage Loan means an Eligible Subject Loan originated by the Company and initially funded under the Xxxxxx Facility.
Xxxxxx Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
