WORLDSPAN Software definition

WORLDSPAN Software means the computer programs and associated documentation, including source code, used by WORLDSPAN in connection with the operation of the WORLDSPAN System, including all Improvements.
WORLDSPAN Software means the computer programs and associated documentation, including source code, used by Worldspan in connection with the operation of the Worldspan System, including all Improvements thereto.

Examples of WORLDSPAN Software in a sentence

  • In addition to any other rights WORLDSPAN may have, WORLDSPAN shall be permitted to license or market to any third party all or portions of the WORLDSPAN System or the WORLDSPAN Software.

  • The Letter Agreement regarding the license of the WORLDSPAN Software (as defined therein), dated February 7, 1990, between Delta and Worldspan is hereby terminated effective as of the Closing Date.

Related to WORLDSPAN Software

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
