Working Capital Worksheet definition

Working Capital Worksheet means the working capital calculation attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Working Capital Worksheet means the methodology used to calculate Working Capital.
Working Capital Worksheet shall have the meaning set forth in Annex A to Schedule 2.1.
