Workflows Software definition

Workflows Software means Vatix’s browser based software that may be used by the Customer and its authorised Workflows Users for configuring and administering the Service All other capitalised terms used, but not defined in these Service Specific Terms have the meanings given in the rest of the Agreement.

Examples of Workflows Software in a sentence

  • The Customer will be entitled to allocate each licence to any User using the Workflows Software and to reallocate licences provided that it does not exceed the Permitted Number of User Licences.

  • Subject to the Customer paying all Fees and Charges when due and payable under the Agreement and to the Customer’s compliance with the Agreement, Vatix grants to the Customer the Permitted Number of User Licences for use of the Workflows Software for the term of the Subscription.

Related to Workflows Software

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.
