Waste Asbestos definition

Waste Asbestos means waste containing friable asbestos fibres or asbestos dust as defined in the Hazardous Waste Regulation.

As used in this Contract: “Release” means spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping or disposing.
