Wafer Supply Agreements definition

Wafer Supply Agreements means, collectively, (a) that certain Wafer Supply and Services Agreement dated as of March 30, 2002, by and between Conexant and Specialtysemi, and (b) that certain Wafer Supply and Services Agreement dated as of May 2, 2003 by and between Parent and Skyworks and that certain Amendment One to the Wafer Supply and Services Agreement dated as of May 2, 2003 by and between Parent and Skyworks, and each of them a "Wafer Supply Agreement".
