Amendment One definition

Amendment One. Amendment Two”, “Amendment Three”, “Amendment Four” and “Amendment Five” shall have the meanings given to them in Attachment A to this Sixth Amendment.
Amendment One shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
Amendment One means the First Amendment, dated as of December 5, 2016, to this Agreement, among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
