The Association members will continue to follow the Drug Testing Policy and Procedures agreed upon in the collectively bargained agreement effective for the years July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2011 with the following amendments: Amendment One: The random drug testing portion of the program will not commence for the volunteer personnel the policy until June 30, 2012.
This Amendment One may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
