VPSX Software definition

VPSX Software means VPSX Enterprise and all products with the VPSX prefix other than VPSX fonts products. VPSX Enterprise®, VPSX/DirectPrint®, VPSX/Workplace®, VPSX/OutputManager®, VPSX/SecureDelivery, Mobile Connector for VPSX®, VPSX/EI, VPSX/MI, VPSX/DPE, VPSX/MFI software is licensed by number of definitions of printers/output devices (“supported printer”). Note this is not total number of physical output devices but rather total number of printer definitions. If it is used on more than one server, the supported printers shall be allocated among the servers. The Software may be installed on an unlimited number of servers limited to a single installation location. This Software is licensed either by number of printers or dedicated users depending upon whether the Transform is viewable or printable. Transform software may only be installed on the same server(s) as the VPSX Software and/or PageCenterX®.

Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
