Vested Account Value definition

Vested Account Value shall equal the Aggregate Phantom Stock Account Value multiplied by the applicable Vesting Percentage set forth in Schedule A attached hereto.
Vested Account Value means the sum of the Participant's Vested Company Contribution Values and the Participant's Deferral Account Value.
Vested Account Value means the sum of the Participant’s Vested Company Contribution Values and the Participant’s Deferral Account Value.

Examples of Vested Account Value in a sentence

  • Upon termination of any Participant's employment with the Bank, there shall be paid to him, or in the event of his death to his beneficiary or beneficiaries designated under Section (b) of this Article VII, an amount equal to the Net Vested Account Value of such Participant, determined in accordance with the valuation formula set forth in Article II, Section (j) as of the date of termination of employment of such Participant.

  • At the time of the college education of a child of an Executive, an amount of money equal to the actual expenses associated with such child's education may, upon application of the Executive, be disbursed for such purposes by the Committee, in the Committee's sole discretion, from the Net Vested Account Value of the Executive's Phantom Stock Account.

  • Subject to rules established by the Committee, a Participant may file a distribution election directing how his Vested Account Value shall be distributed following his termination of employment for any reason.

  • Without the consent of affected Participants or Beneficiaries, no such amendment or termination shall adversely affect any Participants or Beneficiaries with respect to their right to receive the applicable Vested Account Value, determined as of the later of the date that the Plan amendment or termination is adopted or by its terms to be effective.

  • This detail shall include the number of Phantom Shares in the Executive's account, and the Net Vested Account Value.

  • The Company shall distribute a Participant's Vested Account Value following the events and in the manner set forth in this Article V.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, any amounts owed by a Participant or Beneficiary to the Company may be deducted by the Company from such Participant's Vested Account Value at the time and to the extent that such Vested Account Value is otherwise payable hereunder.

  • Upon termination of employment other than as described in Section 4.5(c), a Participant shall forfeit all amounts credited to his Account other than his Vested Account Value determined as of the close of business coincident with or next following the date on which the Participant terminated employment; provided, however, that amounts not so forfeited shall continue to be debited and credited in accordance with Section 5.4 from and after termination of employment.

  • If no election form exists, the distribution will be distributed as soon as practicable in the form of a lump-sum payment equal to the Participant's Vested Account Value.

  • If a Participant terminates employment with the Company for any reason, including by reason of death or disability, the Company shall distribute, or begin distributing to the Participant (or the Participant's Beneficiary) within 45 days, the full amount of the Participant's Vested Account Value, unless the Participant has elected to delay such distribution until the next calendar year.

Related to Vested Account Value

  • Account Value means the amount shown on Schedule A under the heading Account Value. The parties expressly acknowledge that the Account Value may be different than the liability that should be accrued by the Bank, under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”), for the Bank’s obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. The Account Value on any date other than the end of a Plan Year shall be determined by adding the prorated increase attributable for the current Plan Year to the Account Value for the previous Plan Year.

  • Covered Account means an Account established by a financial intermediary for another as the owner of record on the Fund Registry and through which such owner of record has the ability to conduct transactions in Fund shares directly with and through BNYM.

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Account Balance means, with respect to a Participant, an entry on the records of the Employer equal to the sum of (i) the Deferral Account balance, (ii) the Company Contribution Account balance, and (iii) the Company Restoration Matching Account balance. The Account Balance shall be a bookkeeping entry only and shall be utilized solely as a device for the measurement and determination of the amounts to be paid to a Participant, or his or her designated Beneficiary, pursuant to this Plan.

  • Income Account Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Covered Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period or the first Special Payment Date, if such Special Payment Date occurs prior to the date the Class A Invested Amount is paid in full, an amount equal to the sum of (x) with respect to the Class A Certificates, the product of (i) the Class A Certificate Rate, (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days from and including the prior Distribution Date to but excluding the then current Distribution Date and the denominator of which is 360 and, (iii) the Principal Funding Account Balance, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date that is allocable to the principal of the Class A Certificates and (y) with respect to the Class B Certificates, the product of (i) the Class B Certificate Rate, (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days from and including the prior Distribution Date to but excluding the then current Distribution Date and the denominator of which is 360 and (iii) the Principal Funding Account Balance, if any, as of the preceding Distribution Date that is allocable to the principal of the Class B Certificates.

  • Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 9.2.

  • Specified Reserve Account Balance means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date; provided, however, on any Payment Date after the Notes are no longer Outstanding following payment in full of the principal and interest on the Notes, the “Specified Reserve Account Balance” shall be $0.

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Accrued Benefit means the amount standing in a Participant's Account(s) as of any date derived from both Employer contributions and Employee contributions, if any.

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Adjusted Pool Balance means, on the Closing Date, an amount equal to:

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.

  • Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Liberty to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.
