Examples of Value of Production and Pricing Statement in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall, for the purposes of Article 7 of the Agreement, prepare a Value of Production and Pricing Statement providing calculations of the value of Crude Oil and Natural Gas produced and saved during each Quarter.

  • The Statement will contain information as provided in the Production Statement, Value of Production and Pricing Statement, Cost Recovery Statement and Statement of Expenditure and Receipts, but will be based on actual quantities of Petroleum produced and costs incurred.

  • The statement shall contain aggregated information in the same format as required in the Production Statement, Value of Production and Pricing Statement, Statement of Costs, Expenditures and Receipts and Royalty and Production Level Payments Statements but shall be based on actual quantities of CBM produced, income received and costs and expenditures incurred.

  • All candidates must take and pass a secure remote examination in Clinical Chemistry.

  • The Contractor shall, for the purposes of Article 16 of the Agreement, prepare a Value of Production and Pricing Statement providing calculations of the value of Crude Oil and Natural Gas produced and saved during each Quarter.

  • Billing Statement means the billing statement for your Account.

  • Financing Statements The meaning specified in Section 9-102(a)(39) of the UCC.

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service either: (a) as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or (b) any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • Filing Statements is defined in Section 5.1.13.

  • Financing Statement means a record or records composed of an initial financing statement and any filed record relating to the initial financing statement.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Sending state means the state from which a child of a military family is sent, brought, or caused to be sent or brought.
