Valid Licensee definition

Valid Licensee means a person or entity to which Si2 grants a copyright license to a Specification that has been approved by the Project. For the avoidance of doubt, each Project Member is hereby deemed a worldwide Valid Licensee and, subject to the terms of the applicable license agreement between such Project Member and Si2, may exercise such rights perpetually and irrevocably.
