USF Company definition

USF Company shall have the same meaning as assigned under Rule 2 (1) (xxv) of USF Rules;
USF Company means a Company established under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017;
USF Company means a company limited by guarantee to be constituted under the Ordinance by the Federal Government to perform such duties and functions as may be assigned to it under these rules;
