Use Permitted by Right definition

Use Permitted by Right means a permitted use that is approved administratively when it complies with the standards and requirements set forth in the zoning ordinance, the approval of which does not require a public hearing.

  • Intellectual Property Right means any patent, patent right, trademark, trademark right, trade name, trade name right, service xxxx, service xxxx right, copyright and other proprietary intellectual property right and computer program.

  • Foreign construction material means a construction material other than a domestic construction material.
