Use of the Airport definition

Use of the Airport means either one arrival (landing) at, or one departure (takeoff) from, the Airport, shall not include any repositioning of any aircraft on the Airport or any aborted takeoff or landing, but shall include touch-and- go operations that result in use of an Airport runway.

Examples of Use of the Airport in a sentence

  • Use of the Airport for air transportation takes precedence over all of the Contractor's operations.

  • Each User must provide the Airport Operator, in such form as the Airport Operator may reasonably require from time to time, information relating to the User's Use of the Airport, including as required under Schedule 5.

  • Any Claims by third parties arising out of Injury of any person or damage to property caused (either directly or indirectly) as a result of the User's Use of the Airport, as well as the legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) and other costs incurred by the Airport Operator in connection with any such Claim.

  • The Airport Operator must be able to contact the User (through those key personnel) at any time during the day or night in respect of any emergency, security matters or operational matters with respect to the User's Use of the Airport.

  • Each User must pay the Charges relating to its Use of the Airport.

  • Rounding off- Dimensions Where parts of centimeter occur in dimensions, such parts below 0.5 cm.

  • Once the owner of an Individual Aircraft has provided the Airport Director with such data from the Individual Aircraft airplane or rotorcraft flight manual, and the Airport Director has determined the authenticity thereof, the Airport Director shall keep such data on file so that the owner need not resubmit the data for each Use of the Airport, and compliance by such Individual Aircraft with this Section shall be determined based on such data.

  • A User may not enforce, conduct, settle or compromise claims under any insurance policy required by these Conditions of Use, without obtaining the prior consent of the Airport Operator, even if that policy also covers other property, if the claim relates to the User's Use of the Airport and provided the Airport Operator does not prejudice the conduct or settlement of any claim.

  • Each Use of the Airport by an Individual Aircraft in violation of Section 75-38 shall constitute a separate offense.

  • If a dispute arises between the Parties in connection with or relating to the Airport or the Use of the Airport or these Conditions (Dispute), then the Parties must follow the procedure set out in this Condition 12 to resolve the Dispute.

Related to Use of the Airport

  • Tavern means an on-premise beer retailer who is:

  • Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • bouquet of channels means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • Medical use of marijuana means the acquisition, use, and possession of usable marijuana to treat or alleviate a qualifying patient's debilitating medical condition.

  • the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;

  • international flight means all flights other than Domestic Flights.

  • Contributory drainage area means the area from which stormwater runoff drains to a stormwater management measure, not including the area of the stormwater management measure itself.

  • Retail facility means a premises, or part of a premises, that are used wholly or predominantly for the sale or hire of goods by retail, the retail provision of services and includes a market, retail shopping centre and supermarkets;

  • Airport lounge means a business location:

  • International shipment means the transportation of hazardous waste into or out of the jurisdiction of the United States.

  • Cruise means a vacation on a cruise ship.

  • Generation Operations Center means the location of Buyer’s real-time operations personnel.

  • International airport means an airport:

  • Private road or driveway means every way or place in private ownership and used for vehicular travel by the owner and those having express or implied permission from the owner, but not by other persons.

  • Carport - means a roofed structure used for storing or parking of not more than two private vehicles which has not less than 40% of its total perimeter open and unobstructed;

  • Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

  • Aviation gasoline means fuel designed for use in the operation of aircraft other than jet aircraft,

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Ambient air quality standard means an established concentration, exposure time, and frequency of occurrence of air contaminant(s) in the ambient air which shall not be exceeded.

  • Victim of sexual assault means an individual against whom a sexual offense has been committed as described in ORS 163.467 or 163.525; or any other individual designated as a victim of sexual assault by rule adopted under ORS 659A.805.

  • aerodrome means a defined area on land or water (including any buildings, installations and equipment) intended to be used either wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of aircraft;

  • General air quality operating permit or "general permit" means an air quality operating permit that meets the requirements of ARM 17.8.1222, covers multiple sources in a source category, and is issued in lieu of individual permits being issued to each source.

  • cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;
