U.S. jurisdiction definition

U.S. jurisdiction means a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
U.S. jurisdiction means the United States, any State thereof, the District of Columbia or any territory or possession thereof that has adopted the Uniform Commercial Code.
U.S. jurisdiction means the United States, each State, territory and possession thereof and the District of Columbia.
