US Cash Management Bank definition

US Cash Management Bank means any Person that, (a) at the time it enters into a Cash Management Agreement with a US Credit Party, is a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender, the Administrative Agent or an Affiliate of the Administrative Agent, or (b) at the time it (or its Affiliate) becomes a Lender (including on the Closing Date), is a party to a Cash Management Agreement with a US Credit Party, in each case in its capacity as a party to such Cash Management Agreement.
US Cash Management Bank means any Person that, (a) at the time it enters into a Cash Management Agreement with a US Credit Party or any US Subsidiary thereof, is a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender, the Administrative Agent or an Affiliate of the Administrative Agent, or (b) at the time it (or its Affiliate) becomes a Lender (including on the Closing Date), is a party to a Cash Management Agreement with a US Credit Party or any US Subsidiary thereof, in each case in its capacity as a party to such Cash Management Agreement.
US Cash Management Bank means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Cash Management Agreement, is an Agent, a U.S. Lender or an Affiliate of an Agent or a U.S. Lender, in its capacity as a party to such Cash Management Agreement, in each case in respect of services provided under such Cash Management Agreement to a U.S. Loan Party.
