US BASE definition

US BASE means, for any particular day, the variable rate of interest per annum, calculated on the basis of a year of 365 days (or 366 days), established by First Chicago NBD Bank, Canada at its head or principal office in Toronto for such day as the reference rate of interest per annum for the determination of interest rates that First Chicago NBD Bank, Canada charges to its customers of varying degrees of creditworthiness for US Dollar loans made by it in Canada and which it refers to as its "US base rate".
US BASE. RATE" in effect on any one day, means the rate of interest per annum that is the greater of (i) the interest rate per annum publicly announced on such day by BNP in the case of amounts owing to BNP hereunder or by Royal in the case of amounts owing to Royal hereunder as being its reference rate then in effect for determining interest rates on commercial loans in US Dollars made in Canada by BNP or Royal, as applicable and (ii) the annual rate of interest equal to the sum of the Federal Funds Effective Rate then in effect PLUS 1% per annum, the whole as adjusted from time to time without notice to the Borrower;
US BASE. RATE" in effect on any one day, means the rate of interest per annum that is the greater of (A) the rate of interest publicly announced by Royal from time to time as its "US Base Rate", being its reference rate then in effect for determining interest rates on commercial loans in US Dollars made in Canada by Royal, and (B) the annual rate of interest equal to the sum of the Federal Funds Effective Rate then in effect PLUS 1/2 of 1% per annum, in each case as adjusted from time to time without notice to the Borrowers;

  • Quotes Base means Quotes Flow information stored on the Server.

For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “UCAP Offer Reference Level” shall mean a dollar value equal to the projected clearing price for each ICAP Spot Market Auction determined by the ISO on the basis of the applicable ICAP Demand Curve and the total quantity of Unforced Capacity from all Installed Capacity Suppliers in a Mitigated Capacity Zone for the period covered by the applicable ICAP Spot Market Auction. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Unit Net CONE” shall mean localized levelized embedded costs of a specified Installed Capacity Supplier, including interconnection costs, and for an Installed Capacity Supplier located outside a Mitigated Capacity Zone including embedded costs of transmission service, in either case net of likely projected annual Energy and Ancillary Services revenues, and revenues associated with other energy products (such as energy services and renewable energy credits, as determined by the ISO, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate. The Unit Net CONE of an Installed Capacity Supplier that has functions beyond the generation or transmission of power shall include only the embedded costs allocated to the production and transmission of power, and shall not net the revenues from functions other than the generation or transmission of power.

  • Municipal Revitalization Index means the 2007 index by the

  • HICP Daily Inflation Reference Index means (i) in relation to the first day of any given calendar month, the HICP Monthly Reference Index of the third calendar month preceding such month, and (ii) in relation to a day D (other than the first day) in any given month ("M"), the linear interpolation of the HICP Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third calendar month preceding such month ("M – 3") and the second calendar month preceding such month ("M – 2") calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Maximum Basic Grant Amount’ has the same meaning as set out in item 1 of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘National Law’ means (a) for a state or territory other than Western Australia – the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as set out in the Schedule to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 (Qld) as it applies (with or without modification) as a law of the State or Territory; and (b) for Western Australia – the legislation enacted by the Health Regulation National Law (WA) Xxx 0000 that corresponds to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law;

  • Backup Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section E.

  • Inflation Index means each inflation index specified in the applicable Final Terms and related expressions shall be construed accordingly.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Monthly Minimum Removal Efficiency means the minimum reduction in the pollutant parameter specified when the effluent average monthly concentration for that parameter is compared to the influent average monthly concentration.
