Upland Review Area definition

Upland Review Area means any area not consisting of wetland soils or classified as a watercourse under these regulations located one hundred and fifty (150) feet measured horizontally from the boundary limit or ordinary high water mark of any wetland, watercourse or water body.

Upland Review Area means the area of land within one hundred (100) feet measured horizontally from the boundary of any wetland or watercourse (See also Regulated Activity.)

Upland Review Area means any area, outside of wetlands and watercourses, on which activities are likely to impact or affect wetlands or watercourses. Also see Regulated Activity.

Upland Review Area means land areas situated within 100 feet from the boundary of any inland wetland or watercourse.
