Uniform Licensing Act definition

Uniform Licensing Act means New Mexico statute NMSA 1978 Section 61-1-1 to 61-1-33 (1993 Repl. Pamp.) which provides for hearing procedures to be utilized in disciplinary proceedings.
Uniform Licensing Act means NMSA 1978 Sections 61-1-1 to 61-1-33 (1993 Repl. Pamp.), herein referred to as the Uniform Licensing Act or ULA.

  • Privacy Act means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • ISO-NE Practices means the ISO-NE practices and procedures for delivery and transmission of energy in effect from time to time and shall include, without limitation, applicable requirements of the NEPOOL Agreement, and any applicable successor practices and procedures.
