Ultra Petroleum definition

Ultra Petroleum means Ultra Petroleum Corp., a corporation organized under the laws of the Yukon Territory of Canada.
Ultra Petroleum has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.
Ultra Petroleum means Ultra Petroleum Corp. a Yukon Territory of Canada corporation, the initial Lessee Guarantor; however, the term “Ultra Petroleum” shall not include any successor Lessee Guarantor under this Lease.
