UiPath means (a) when the Partner is located in North America (meaning United States and its territories, Canada or Mexico): UiPath Incorporated, with its headquarters at 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx floor, 00000 Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx; (b) when the Partner is located outside North America: UiPath SRL, with its headquarters at 4 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Str. and 11 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Str., Building A, floors 5 and 0, Xxxxxxxx 0, 000000 Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx;
UiPath means the UiPath entity entering into this Agreement, as described below.

UiPath means the UiPath contracting entity entering into this Agreement, as described in the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section.
UiPath means (a) when Customer is located in in North America (meaning United States and its territories, Canada or Mexico): UiPath Incorporated, located in New York, New York, United States; (b) when Customer is located outside North America: UiPath SRL, located in Bucharest, Romania;
UiPath. “we”/“us”/“our” means the entities described below in the Agreement, dependent on your location, and their Affiliates.
UiPath is the Processor under this DPA and means the UiPath entity signing this DPA.
UiPath or “We”/“Us/"Ours” means the UiPath entity entering into this Agreement, as described in the Venue section.
UiPath means the UiPath entity entering into this DPA on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, a list of which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/assets/downloads/uipath-group-entities (or successor website).
UiPath means the UiPath entity entering into this Agreement, as detailed in the signatures block below or the UiPath entity submitting a SoW, as applicable. Any reference to “UiPath” under this Agreement shall be deemed a reference to the UiPath entity entering into this Agreement as well as to UiPath’s current and future Affiliates.
