Type 5 definition

Type 5. Currently unleased State and private acreage comprising approximately 4,183 acres. (Defined as "Class 4" acreage in the existing EMDA).
Type 5. Prefabricated System - Prefabricated check dam system conforming to the manufacturer's recommendations and on the QPL.
Type 5 means intermittent or perennial streams that are not Type 1, 2, 3, or 4.
