TTB Permits definition

TTB Permits means permit numbers DSP-SD-15002 (Aberdeen Plant) and AFP-SD- 106 (Huron Plant) issued by the TTB to Seller.
TTB Permits means permit numbers DSP-SD-15002 (Aberdeen Plant) and AFP-SD-106 (Huron Plant) issued by the TTB to Seller. “ Units ” means Units of Parent, with the rights and preferences set forth in the Operating Agreement.
TTB Permits means all required permits of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau for any Borrower’s business.

  • Maintain or obtain all franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, consents, certificates, and orders, necessary to conduct its business in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to TTB Permits and ABC Licenses.

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
