Trust Distribution Account definition

Trust Distribution Account means the account that may be established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.1(h) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Trust Distribution Account means the restricted account within the Uniform School Fund created under Subsection 53F-9-201(2).
Trust Distribution Account means the account established and maintained as such pursuant to Section 4.1(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Series Distribution Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.
