TRK Service Agreement means the Service Agreement dated December 1, 1999 among Momentum, the Company, TRK and the TRK Executives.

Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;
Master Services Agreement means that master services agreement among the Limited Partnership, the Company, Teekay Corporation and Brookfield XX XXXX L.P. dated as of the date hereof.
Relationship Agreement means the relationship agreement between certain members of the Brookfield Group, the Partnership, BRELP, the Holding Entities and others;
Alliance Agreement has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 11.2 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);
Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:
Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:
Co-operation Agreement means the agreement between the Exchange and Oslo Børs with regards to the access to the Linked Order Book;
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.
Formation Agreement has the meaning attributed to it in Recital A;
Xxxxxx Agreement means that certain Contingent Stock Agreement, effective as of January 1, 1996, by The Xxxxx Company in favor of and for the benefit of the Holders (named in Schedule I thereto) and the Representatives (therein defined), as amended.
Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.
Termination Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
