Examples of Transition Software in a sentence

  • If a Hosted Service for Vocera Care Transition Software is provided, then subject to the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to utilize the Hosted Service during the applicable Subscription Term solely for your internal use in conjunction with the Vocera Software, and other Products or Services you have licensed or purchased.

  • For Vocera Care Transition Software, if necessary, Vocera will provide Software Updates to the Hosted Service or to the Vocera Care Transition Software on End User’s server at End User’s facility at a mutually agreeable time scheduled with the End User.

  • If End User has licensed Care Transition Software for a Subscription Term, Support and Software Updates are included with the subscription fee for the Software without any additional royalty or any other charge to End User for such modules licensed.

  • For Care Transition Software, this Section applies to both a Perpetual Term license for use on End User’s server at End User’s facility and a Perpetual Term license with access to an off-site Vocera Hosted Service.

  • Payment shall be due net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, which shall be on or subsequent to the (i) date of shipment of Hardware Products, (ii) the date of issuance of the applicable License Key for Software Products and Software Maintenance and Technical Support, (iii) the anniversary date for renewal Subscription Terms, or (iv) for Vocera Care Transition Software, the date applicable to each Billing Period set forth in the Quote, if any.

  • Payment shall be due net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice (subject to credit verification), which shall be on or subsequent to the (i) date of shipment of Hardware Products, (ii) the date of issuance of the applicable License Key for Software Products and Software Maintenance and Technical Support, (iii) the anniversary date for renewal Subscription Terms, or (iv) for Vocera Care Transition Software, the date applicable to each Billing Period set forth in the Quote, if any.

Related to Transition Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Business Software means all Software owned by or developed by a Seller for or in connection with the Business.
