Transferable Amount definition

Transferable Amount has the meaning given such term in Section 2(a)(i).

Transferable Amount means, as of the date hereof, the number of Shares equal to the difference between the Aggregate Group Ownership Amount and the Aggregate Group Ownership Amount necessary to maintain the Aggregate Group Ownership Threshold, as set forth on Schedule B hereto.

Transferable Amount means an aggregate amount of 785,344 Shares, as set forth on Schedule B hereto.

Examples of Transferable Amount in a sentence

• The minimum number of Certificates specified in the Renouncement Notice must be equal to the Minimum Transferable Amount, otherwise the Renouncement Notice shall not be valid.
