Tranche A Closing definition

Tranche A Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.

• The Commitment Fee payable hereunder in respect of any Tranche A Term Loan shall be due on the Tranche A Closing Date when such Tranche A Term Loan is funded and deducted from the proceeds thereof to be advanced to Borrower pursuant to Section 3.6.

• The interest rate will be set during the period that starts no earlier than 5 Business Days before the Tranche A Closing Date and the Trance B Closing Date, respectively.

More Definitions of Tranche A Closing

Tranche A Closing. The closing of Tranche A (the “Tranche A Closing”) shall occur no later than One Hundred (100) days from the Effective Date, or such other mutually agreed upon time (the “Tranche A Closing Date”); and
