Toner Business definition

Toner Business means the business of making or having made, selling, distributing, marketing and supporting the Toner Products as historically and currently conducted by the Seller.

  • Seller will perform shipping and receiving functions and duties with respect to the Buyer’s toner business, as historically performed for the Toner Business, including, without limitation, third party contracting for warehouse facilities with Zxxxxxx Group with respect to international transportation and logistical services, storage, shipping, handling and receiving of Toner Products.
