Tolerance Band definition

Tolerance Band means the range between the Upper Tolerance Limit and the Lower Tolerance Limit;
Tolerance Band means, once Armed, the Actual Volume that will be Tripped is within ninety five percent (95%) to one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the Dispatched Volume.
Tolerance Band means the threshold which sets the imbalance allowance for deviations from production schedules in the modified single buyer market;

Examples of Tolerance Band in a sentence

  • The Forecasting Penalty shall be equal to the greater of (A) one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Contract Price or (B) the absolute value of the Real-Time Price, in each case for each MWh of Energy Deviation outside the Performance Tolerance Band, or any portion thereof, in every hour for which Seller fails to meet the requirements in Section 4.6(c)(i).

  • The net effect of the Uninstructed Deviation Penalty and the Settlement for positive Uninstructed Imbalance Energy beyond the Tolerance Band will be that the CAISO will not pay for such Energy.

Otherwise, such resource is determined to be Off.

  • The Forecasting Penalty shall be equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Contract Price for each MWh of Energy Deviation outside the Performance Tolerance Band, or any portion thereof, in every hour for which Seller fails to meet the requirements in this Section 4.6(c)(i).

  • The amount of Uninstructed Imbalance Energy exempted from the Uninstructed Deviation Penalty shall not exceed the amount of the Generating Unit’s Minimum Operating Limit plus the applicable Tolerance Band.

  • Seller shall make a payment to Buyer (the “SDD Administrative Charge”) for each Settlement Interval in a month if Metered Energy (i) exceeds the Performance Tolerance Band Upper Limit or (ii) is less than the Performance Tolerance Band Lower Limit, in any Settlement Interval.
